MISSION STATEMENT

The Franklin Flame is a girls fastpitch softball organization founded in 2008 with one 10U team.  We have grown over the last eleven years to include teams at multiple age divisions.  It is our philosophy to develop fundamentally sound softball players who will eventually be capable of competing at the high school level and beyond.  We will always stress basic skill development, sportsmanship, team work, and fair play.  No game is worth sacrificing our integrity.  We will also reinforce how important academics are to the long term success of our players.  Individual teams will decide on their own what their tournament schedule and league play schedule should look like.
